These Terms of Service govern access to this website and purchases from Yarbelnn. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked here. Mandatory consumer rights in your location are not excluded or limited by these terms.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract and must provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Product information and appropriate use
We aim to present product descriptions, images, ingredients, directions, warnings, availability, and colors accurately. Packaging and minor presentation details may change. The finished product label supplied with the product is the controlling reference for directions and warnings.
Yarbelnn cosmetic products are intended for the uses stated on their labels and are not medical treatments. Website content is general product information, not medical advice. Do not use a product contrary to its label.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices and available promotions are shown on the site and may change before an order is submitted. Applicable shipping, taxes, duties, or other charges are shown at checkout when the information is available. Payment must be authorized by the payment provider. A temporary authorization or automated acknowledgment does not necessarily mean an order has been accepted.
Orders
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory error, delivery restriction, pricing or listing error, or legal compliance. If payment has been captured for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping, title, and risk
Shipping methods, delivery estimates, tracking, address responsibilities, customs, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping Policy and applicable law. Ownership and risk transfer according to the law that applies to the transaction and any express checkout terms.
Returns and refunds
